Early-access privacy

When you join Roomshot early access, we collect your email address, the time you joined, the form you used and the version of the sign-up notice. We use this information to send your welcome email and contact you about Roomshot’s launch and early access. We keep the welcome email’s send status and provider message ID so that retries do not send you duplicates.

Your details are stored in Macourt Media’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. We do not publish your email address, sell the list, or use advertising trackers on this landing page.

To prevent repeated automated submissions, we temporarily store a hash derived from the connecting network address and time window. Raw network addresses are not stored in the sign-up database. Rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent sign-up activity.

You can ask to see, correct or remove your early-access details, or opt out of updates, using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing hello@macourtmedia.com.

We keep the early-access record while it is needed to manage the launch and your expressed interest, or until you ask us to remove it. Joining the list does not create a paid account or an order.
